Cancellation Policy

Payment Options

• Option 1: $500 deposit at the time of booking

• Option 2: Full payment of $1,500 USD at the time of booking

Guest-Initiated Cancellations

1. Deposit Option ($500 USD):

   • Within 14 days of booking: Full refund of the deposit.

   • More than 60 days before the tour start date: Deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to any of our upcoming 2025 trips (subject to availability and within reason).

   • Less than 60 days before the tour start date: Deposit is non-refundable and cannot be applied to future trips.

2. Full Payment Option ($1,500 USD):

   • Within 14 days of booking: Full refund of the payment.

   • More than 60 days before the tour start date: $1,000 will be refunded, and the remaining $500 can be applied to any of our upcoming 2025 trips (subject to availability and within reason).

   • Less than 60 days before the tour start date: The full payment is non-refundable.

Company-Initiated Cancellations

• Full Refund: In the unlikely event that Pickle Tours Portugal needs to cancel a tour, we will issue a full refund of all payments made.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations. Travel insurance can provide coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, and other unexpected events that may affect your travel plans.

Additional Information

• Applying Deposits to Future Trips: If you need to cancel and wish to apply your deposit to a future tour, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request within our 2025 tour schedule.
